Michael organised a walk along the river Ver, around the Watercress Wildlife Association Nature Reserve then back to the Hare and Hounds where we had an enjoyable meal.   The light was not good, hence many of my pictures have been 'filtered'

A very narrow path between the houses was populated with gnomes, classical garden ornaments and animals mainly pigs

We had supper at the Hare and Hounds

Visited again with Matthew in the morning, but not early enough for any special lighting.

We saw many butterflies - commas, red admirals and gatekeepers, but I failed to get a sharp photograph.   The gatekeeper was very pale probably a female.
